The General Director is obliged to manage, within his competence, the current activities of the Company, ensuring its efficiency and sustainable operation, including:
- fulfillment of the contractual obligations of the company;
- effective interaction of the structural divisions of the company;
- obtaining profits in the amount necessary for the development of production and the social sphere and the payment of dividends;
- liquidation of receivables and payables;
- rational use of funds;
- organization of the implementation of decisions taken by the general meeting and the supervisory by the Council of the Company;
- organization of the proper state and timely submission of accounting and reporting, as well as other information about the activities of the Company sent to the relevant authorities;
- unimpeded submission of documents on the financial and economic activities of the company at the request of the Audit Commission , auditor, supervisory board of the company;

- assessment of activities and determination of goals in the quality management system for the nearest period;
- control and verification of the execution of orders and orders of JSC "Uzbekenergo", GI "Uzgosenergonadzor" and Goskomarchitectstroy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as other policymakers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- control over the work of the scientific and technical council of the Company.
